Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kaizen Interactive, the game studio of Roberto Ortis ("we"), the maker of Lane Rippers. By playing the game you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account: don't share, sell or buy accounts.

Playing fair

You agree not to:

  • cheat, use bots, modified clients or exploits, or deliberately abuse bugs;
  • harass other players, or use offensive, hateful or misleading player names;
  • attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our servers;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the game.

If you break these rules, we may reset your progress, suspend or close your account.

In-game items and currency

Watts, juice, cars, paint jobs and other in-game items are a limited licence to use inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's rules; contact Apple to ask for one. We may change, rebalance or remove items and prices to keep the game fair and fun.

Online service

Lane Rippers needs an internet connection for online races. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or offered forever. If we ever shut the game down, we will give notice in the game first.

Our content

The game, its name, logo, art, cars, tracks and music belong to us or our licensors. Car designs in the game are fictional and not affiliated with any real car maker.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
